Why, you may ask, does this web site exist? Or maybe you don't, but I'll try to answer that question anyway….
I've been working with interactive media since the early 90's and have been creating web pages since 1995, both for my day job and for Micro Magic Multimedia. I thought it was about time I had a site of my own. Why a web page? Why should a virtual nobody in this world of six billion have his own personal web page? Ten years ago it would have seemed ludicrous for private individuals with no great claim to fame to print newspapers, magazines or coffee table type books about themselves and their mediocre attempts at their hobbies. Yet today, with the Internet, it is the norm. It is no longer a vanity. It is all about communication. I feel that I have something to say. Of course, so do the other six billion people on this planet. The Internet has created the six billion soapboxes for us to all get on and say our piece. |

I hope that at least one person will read one of my essays and, agree or disagree, look at things from a slightly different angle.
I hope that I can be a positive influence on somebody, even if only in a small way.
I was going to write a short bio about myself for this page, but I think that's getting a little narcissistic. Anyway, I'm sure you can find out more about me than you care to know by looking at the other pages.
